Private Pay Policy & Election
Deep Heart's Core operates exclusively as a private pay practice. Deep Heart's Core holds no contractual relationship with any insurance carrier, health plan, Medicare, or Medicaid. No insurance claims will be filed on your behalf under any circumstances.

Hourly Fee $150.00
90-Minute Couples Session $225.00
Focused Blocks for Couples $575.00

What are Non-Covered Medicare & Medicaid Services?
Non-covered services are services that Medicare or Medicaid will not reimburse for and are not part of the federal or state plan you are under. Marriage Counseling is a Non-Covered services. Also, any counseling that is not intended to diagnose or treat a covered mental health diagnosis would also be covered. For example, you may have a clinical diagnosis, but if want counseling for some other reason, say Hypnosis for Weight Loss, or building confidence, or a group focused on a specific topic, such as communication skills for couples, or something else, you can pay privately for these non-covered services.

If you are seeking treatment for a mental health condition and want to use insurance, I do have some insurance options available under my separate practice, All Heart Counseling.
Medicare & Medicaid Covered Services
Deep Heart's Core does not accept Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries as clients for covered services reimbursable by Medicare or Medicaid. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary seeking covered services that meet Medicare or Medicaid guidelines for medical necessity, please contact All Heart Counseling or another provider who participates in your program. Â Non-covered service where insurance is not involved may be provided to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries on a private pay basis because they are not reimbursable by those programs.
